2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 7ee77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7ee77 is a strictly 21+ platform with no exceptions. Age verification may be required at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must register using your own accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of 7ee77 or any of its affiliated game providers.

7ee77 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point and to request supporting documentation including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the 7ee77 platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels. The following payment terms apply to all users:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your 7ee77 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor.
• Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit unless 7ee77 explicitly approves an alternative method in writing.
• 7ee77 may impose withdrawal limits and processing times in accordance with its internal policies. These limits are communicated within the platform's banking section.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• 7ee77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or technical issues outside of the platform's direct control.

6 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

7ee77 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent gambling environment for all users. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the platform and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and being reported to relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated system to interact with the platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, manipulate games, or defraud the platform or other users.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform's software to gain credits, winnings, or any other advantage that was not intended by 7ee77.
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform to conceal the origin of funds.
• Using chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment claims to recover funds that have been legitimately lost through gameplay.

7ee77 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be closed immediately. All funds associated with such accounts will be held pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited if prohibited conduct is confirmed.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

7ee77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, account action may be taken in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, eligibility violations, or registration fraud.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring 7ee77 to restrict or close the account.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity in connection with the account.

Where an account is closed by 7ee77 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the user's own request or for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method after completion of any applicable KYC checks.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7ee77 and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services. This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and regardless of the theory of liability asserted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Gambling involves financial risk. 7ee77 does not guarantee any financial return from use of the platform. Play responsibly and within your means.
